As the founder of Pure Art Education, Patrese created a range of programming including:

• Sis-Stars Arts Empowerment Retreat

• A series of theatre residencies dedicated to Lorraine Hansberry & Ira Aldridge

• She co-created the youth development component of the Collab Project with with N-Phase Productions.

As an arts engagement strategist, Patrese honed her skills at Court Theatre during her tenure as Director of Education. She was instrumental in the development of their groundbreaking community engagement model. As a member of the Chicago theatre community, she has coordinated and produced programming to advocate for wholistic and comprehensive inclusion & equity in all arts institutions.

Patrese is extremely dedicated to training the next generation of theatre artists. Her academic appointments include:
